A native of
Jackson County, MS., Dr. Miner graduated from the University of
Mississippi School of Dentistry. Dr. Miner is a member of several
local, state and national dental associations, and participates in a
bi-monthly study club with other dentists in the area. In July of
1994, Dr. Miner received his
Fellowship Award
from the Academy of General
Dentistry. In July of 1999, Dr. Miner received the very prestigious
Mastership Award.
To date, more than 11,000
members of the Academy of General Dentistry have become Fellows,
approximately 1,000 have gone on the receive their Mastership. At this
time there are very few Masters practicing in Mississippi, and in
fact, only 2% of our nations dentists have earned this distinction.
Dr. Miner resides in
Ocean Springs with his wife Debbie and his children. He
enjoys riding his Harley, sailing, fishing, hunting, camping,
and...tries real hard at golf.
