Payment Policy

Because we provide quality dental health care, our fees are fair and reasonable and reflect this level of care.

Fees for the initial examination are due on the day of appointment. Thereafter, as a service to you, we accept payment from your insurance company for services covered. Your portion that we estimate not covered by your insurance company, is due at the time of service.

Insurance

We will be happy to file your insurance forms promptly and at no charge to you. Be sure to bring your forms with you on your first visit.

Please keep the following in mind:

Full financial responsibility lies with you, the patient.
Entire balances can only be estimated.
Outstanding balances over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly billing fee.
